影响压光质量的主要因素

1、压光温度

适当的压光温度,可使涂料膜层分子热运动能力增加,使扩散速度加快,有利于涂料中主剂分子对印刷品表面的二次润湿、附着和渗透。另外,适当的温度会使涂料膜层塑性提高,在压力作用下,使其表面平滑度大大提高,适当的压光温度有利于提高压光膜层质量,但温度过高或过低都不利于压光。

压力的作用是将涂料层压缩变薄,使其形成光滑的表面层。但如果压力过大,会使印刷品的延伸性、可塑性及韧性变差,出现剥离困难的现象。

3、速度

压力速度即上光油在压光中的固化时间。如果固化时间短,上光油分子同印刷品表面墨层不能充分作用,干燥后膜层表面平滑度差,上光油层对油墨层的黏附强度差。
